RETURN POLICY
Orders placed before 17:00 Turkey time (GMT+3) are generally shipped the same day, depending on your shipping preference. Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled unconditionally by the customer without providing any reason. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to the return process.
Products to be returned must be unused, complete, with undamaged and intact packaging, with no ink loaded in the case of fountain pens, and in a condition suitable for resale. Any gifts included with the order must also be returned together with the product under the same conditions. Shipping costs will be deducted from the product price during the return process.
Returns of inks (bottled and sample inks), products with opened or damaged original packaging, used products, and products not suitable for resale are not accepted under any circumstances. If such products are found to be defective, they are covered under the warranty and the warranty process applies.
Defective products are recalled for inspection under warranty. If the defect is determined to be manufacturing-related, a replacement will be provided unconditionally. For products where the defect is determined to be caused by the user, all costs including shipping will be charged to the customer.
Exchanges are available for products that meet the return conditions. The exchange is processed by returning the original product and placing a new order. As with returns, shipping costs will be deducted from the product price during the exchange process.
The deadline for order cancellations, returns, and exchanges for eligible products is 14 days from the date of delivery. Once a request is opened within this period, the product must be shipped back within seven days. If the product is not shipped within the specified timeframe, a new return request must be submitted.
Do not accept a package from the courier if it arrives torn, crushed, or visibly damaged. Request a damage report at the time of delivery. No liability will be accepted for products damaged during shipping without a damage report. During the return process, shipping responsibility belongs to the sender (customer). Products must be packed securely. The sender is responsible for any compensation for products damaged during shipping.
