SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays and before 13:00 on Saturdays (Turkey time, GMT+3) are generally shipped the same day following bank approval. Delivery times are typically 4-7 business days after the order is handed to the courier. Shipments are dispatched from Samsun, Turkey.

For personalized products, the preparation process may extend the shipping time by 1 day.
