POSCA markers are suitable for writing on most surfaces and are permanent on absorbent materials such as paper and cardboard. However, they can be removed from shiny surfaces with a scraper. To prevent this and make the markers permanent:

• Paper/Cardboard: No treatment needed. POSCA pigment is absorbed into the fibers and becomes permanent.
• Textile: Iron from the reverse side.
