Visconti Homo Sapiens Full Demo is limited to 1,088 pieces (3 imported to Turkey). Fully transparent demonstrator design with a skeletal 14kt gold nib, dual-reservoir vacuum filler, and deep blue internal components.

Fountain Pen Specs

Visconti Homo Sapiens Full Demo Fountain Pen

Visconti reinterprets its iconic Homo Sapiens model, transforming it into a work of art dedicated to technical mastery. The Homo Sapiens Full Demo is not merely a pen; it is a masterpiece where engineering and aesthetics converge, and craftsmanship is displayed with pride. The most striking aspect of the collection is the unique visual born from the union of the Homo Sapiens's powerful form with a demonstrator (transparent) design. Every component of the pen, including the gaskets, internal connecting parts, and the spring of the bayonet mechanism, has been redesigned to be part of the visual whole and rendered in deep blue tones.
These details form an elegant contrast with the mirror-polished gold-plated metal parts. The bronze rings on the barrel were placed as a nod to the brand's legendary Lava Bronze model. One of the collection's most striking innovations is the new skeletal nib design crafted from 14kt gold. This open-worked nib, inspired by the art of filigree, makes the blue feed system partially visible beneath it, creating a mesmerizing visual effect.
Its flexible construction makes it responsive to writing pressure, offering a personal writing experience. The redesigned bayonet mechanism keeps the nib visible even when the pen is capped, maintaining the continuity of the design. Micro screws, used in place of traditional threads, made it possible to achieve both flawless transparency and a smooth surface. Every component has been crafted with the care one would give to an object destined for a display case.
The Homo Sapiens Full Demo is equipped with Visconti's patented vacuum filling system, developed in 1998. Offering an ink capacity equivalent to 10 cartridges per fill, the system prevents leakage even during sudden pressure changes such as those experienced on flights, thanks to its dual-reservoir construction.
Limited to just 1,088 pieces worldwide (only 3 imported to Turkey), each special edition pen bears its own production number at the crown. The cap features the model's signature engraving, "Full Demo." You can explore all
